Summer Graduations - service suspended
The replacement parchment service is currently suspended for summer graduations. The University Registry have significant additional duties at this time and are unable to accept new orders during the graduation period.
We expect that replacement parchments will be available to order again in mid July (estimated date: Monday 13 July).

Certifying Letters
If you require proof of your student status short of your degree certificate, you may wish to apply for a Certifying Letter. A Certifying Letter confirms that you were a registered student at The University of Glasgow. It will usually include the following information:
- Personal details (name, date of birth, student number)
- Course details (mode of study, programme of study)
- Start and end date of programme
- Graduation date and class of degree awarded (if applicable)
