Collect from shop is a free option at checkout when placing your order. Orders are usually processed for collection within 2-3 working days after being placed (excluding weekends). We'll send you a pickup notification to let you know when your order is ready to collect in store. Once your order is ready, you can collect it any time during opening hours - we're open every day from 10am to 5pm, Monday to Sunday.
We will hold your order for up to 6 months. If your order is uncollected, we will send you a maximum of 3 reminders during this time to check whether you still want to pick it up. If your order is still uncollected after 6 months and we have not heard back from you, we will return the order to our shop stock. We will not refund uncollected orders after this time.

I haven't had an email or SMS message to confirm my order is ready to collect - what should I do?
It's most likely that your order is still in the queue to be processed and it isn't ready to collect quite yet. Please allow 2-3 working days after placing your order for it to be ready. We will notify you if there are any problems before then about your order.
I've lost my order confirmation email or SMS message - what can I do?
Please check the junk mail folder in your email account, as occasionally confirmation emails can end up here. We will ask you a couple of security questions when you do collect your order from the shop and you haven't got your confirmation.
I can't make it into the shop - can someone else to collect my order on my behalf?
Yes they can! Simply get in touch to let us know. Your chosen emissary will need a copy of your order number and a copy of the order pickup confirmation message to show in store.
I placed an order to collect but I can't come to pick it up right away - can you hold it for me for a few days/a week/a month?
Of course! Just get in touch at email@example.com or give us a call to let us know. We can hold orders for up to six months. If an order remains uncollected after that time, and we haven't heard from you, it will be returned to stock.
I selected collect from shop but I need my order to be posted to me - how can I change my delivery?
No problem at all! We can dispatch your order to you instead. Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org letting us know your order number and your preferred delivery address, and we will send you a link to pay for the right delivery option.
How can I return my collect in shop order?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within a month to exchange or refund your order.
