On the 30th of July, the United States Government announced a new Executive Order which outlined further changes to customs obligations and processes for goods being imported into the USA. The changes came in to effect on the 29th of August.
To allow us to minimise unpredictable or unexpected charges to our customers in the United States, we will be covering all duties and taxes for US orders on a trial basis from October 2025. The flat rate for shipping to the USA has been increased to £45 to allow us to cover these costs, but customers should not have to pay any additional customs charges or handling fees.
