You can place an order online and pay by departmental purchasing card. Please select 'Collect from Shop' as the delivery option at check out. We will let you know when your order is ready to pick up from the shop.
Can I pay by Purchase order instead?
If you prefer to order by University Purchase Order, please make this out to GU Heritage Retail Ltd, using supplier ID 25797. The order will be emailed to us automatically and we will process it as quickly as possible.
Will I receive 10% departmental discount?
Yes. Please use the code UNIDEPT10 at checkout. Please note, this code only works if you select the 'Collect from Shop' option. Please ensure that you have your staff card when collecting orders. For orders for areas not served by internal mail or by transport services please call the shop. We can then charge you more precisely for the shipping costs.
Goods should be in stock if they are showing on the website. If we discover a shortage when we pick your order then we'll inform you straight away and make alternative arrangements with you.
