2024 Winter Graduation Ceremony Download

Own your own digital recording of this special occasion! Simply select the correct ceremony date and time from the menu above and enjoy the atmosphere of the Bute Hall from home. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER

Advance orders: orders placed now will be processed during the winter graduation period, which begins in December. Payment will be taken when you place your order.  

Distribution: Graduation recording downloads are produced and distributed by the University's Media and Digital Development team. You will be sent an e-mail containing a download link to an MP4 file of your recording. Please ensure that you provide a valid e-mail address at the online checkout so that your order can reach you. Please allow up to 10 working days after the date of your graduation ceremony for your download link to be sent to you. 

Receiving your recording: Messages containing download links may be classed as junk or filtered out by your e-mail provider, so please check your junk or spam folders as well as your main inbox. Your download link will expire 14 days after it is sent to you, so we recommend downloading and saving a copy of your file in a safe place as soon as possible after you receive it. 

Once you download your file, you can save, share and watch it as you wish - so there's no need to order multiple recordings of the same ceremony for your friends and family.

Playback: Recordings are suitable for playback on PC and Mac, or alternatively can be saved to a USB drive and played on a suitable television.
