Important things to know:

Graduation recording downloads are produced and distributed by the University's Media and Digital Development team. You will be sent an e-mail containing a download link to an MP4 file of your recording. Please provide a valid e-mail address at the online checkout so that your order can reach you.

Please allow up to 10 days after the date of your ceremony for advance orders or orders placed during the graduation period to start being sent out.

Messages containing download links may be classed as junk or filtered out by your e-mail provider, so please check your junk or spam folders as well as your main inbox.

Your link will expire 14 days after it is sent to you, so we recommend downloading and saving a copy of your file in a safe place as soon as possible after you receive it. 

Once you download your file, you can save, share and watch it as you wish - so no need to order multiple recordings of the same ceremony!

Recordings are suitable for playback on PC and Mac, or alternatively can be saved to a USB drive and played on a suitable television.
