Mackintosh Fritillaria Candle
Handmade rose-scented candle. The tin features detailing from one of Charles Rennie Mackintosh's botanical watercolours.
Mackintosh produced many drawings and paintings of plants and flowers, often while on holiday with his wife (the artist Margaret Macdonald Mackintosh) and their friends. This delicate chequered fritillaria was painted while the Mackintoshes were staying in Walberswick, Suffolk, in 1915.
Size: 25.5cm circumference. 5.5cm height.
Made in Britain. Contains citronellol and nerol.
