- Small orders without tracking or insurance* by Royal Mail £1.75 - £4
- 'Signed For' orders by Royal Mail: £3 - £7
- Tracked orders by myHermes or DHL £4 - £8.50
International Options
- Small orders (0-750g) without tracking or insurance* by Air Mail: EU £4.50-£7.50, Asia/Aus/USA £5.75 - £11.25, Rest of World £6 - £12.00
- DHL fully-tracked orders with insurance, average parcel (500g-1kg) costs: EU £15, Asia/Aus £16, Rest of World £19

We want you to be completely happy with your puchase. If you are not, please contact us within a month of your delivery arriving and we will exchange or refund the item to the original purchaser.
We respect all of your consumer rights. By law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 working days of receipt. This includes any delivery charge, but excludes the products listed as exceptions below.
If you have your receipt or email proof of purchase we will refund the original debit, credit or charge card used make the purchase. It is important that any unwanted item is returned in a re-saleable condition, unless it is being returned due to a fault discovered upon delivery.
If you are returning an entire order we will refund the entire delivery charge. For part of an order we will refund the appropriate part of the delivery charge. If incorrectly sent, damaged or faulty goods need to be returned to us we will cover the postage costs.
If we are providing replacement items and your original order was not incorrect, damaged or faulty then you will be charged for delivery. For example, a change of colour or size of garment from your original order at your request.
Insurance cover by delivery companies is shown in the Delivery section. Whilst insurance claims are in process we will replace goods damaged or missing in transit. If you select a delivery option without insurance we cannot be held liable for any problems with your delivery following dispatch.
Exceptions to our refund policy include earrings (for hygiene reasons) and any personalised or made-to-order goods (which may only be refunded if faulty)
Deposits or other payments for made to measure and personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty or is not what the customer specified. In this circumstance our customer order form will be used as a reference point, especially for text engraving, embroidery and kilt orders. If requirements have been incorrectly specified we will not be held responsible and payment will be required in full.
