1. How do I place an order online?
   You can place an order online and pay by purchasing card. Deliveries to any University Departments will not incurr delivery costs, even if you are at Crichton or the Vet or Dental School. For certain items we will use a courier, so someone at your office will need to sign for the delivery.
2. Can I pay by Purchase order instead?
   If you prefer to order by University Purchase Order, please make this out to GU Heritage Retail Ltd. The order will be emailed to us automatically and we will process it as quickly as possible.

3. Will I receive 10% departmental discount?
   Yes. Please insert promotional code webinc10 to claim your departmental discount.
4. What happens if the items I ordered are out of stock?
   If any of the items you have ordered are momentarily out of stock, we will inform you and ask whether you would like to receive the rest of the order or wait until the order is complete. We endeavour to deliver all goods to you within 2 weeks from the order date. Unfortunately, we are unable to record stock levels on the website. 5. What do I do if I haven’t received my order?
   If you haven’t received your order within three days of ordering, and haven’t heard from us, please feel free to contact us on 0141-330-5511 or send an email to h.degroot@admin.gla.ac.uk. We will look into it for you straight away.
6. Can I phone to place my order instead of ordering online?
   If you prefer to phone us to place your order, please contact us on 0141-330-5511 or email h.degroot@admin.gla.ac.uk and we will phone you to take your details. Please have your credit or debit card to hand.
7. Are you the preferred supplier for promotional goods within the University?
   Yes, GU Heritage Retail Ltd is the preferred supplier for branded merchandise.
