All goods purchased from the GU Heritage Retail Ltd website are subject to the terms and conditions listed. In placing an order with this website, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.

1. GU Heritage Retail Ltd reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time.
2. Goods will be supplied after payment has been received. Your credit or debit card will be charged when you confirm your order on the website. We aim to dispatch your order within two working day. You can check your order status by clicking the link in your confirmation email. If your order is ‘awaiting stock‘ we will email you with an expected dispatch date. If you have not heard from us please email us.
3. Should you buy more than one item, we will try to send all your goods together in one package. If items are to be sent separately due to items being out of stock, we will advise you of this by email.
4. Should you buy items on separate orders, we may not be able to combine the items, and may need to charge postage separately on each order.
5. Mailing charges are based on weight. See below for our charges. All items sent outside the UK are sent via DHL, if you wish to have your items sent via standard airmail please contact us for an alternative price.
